All dental hygienists, dental assistants and dental administrative personnel work as EMPLOYEES OF RDH TEMPS. This means if your time slip is submitted promptly, you receive a paycheck within a week. You can be confident that your taxes will be properly withheld and that you will get a W-2 form at the end of the year.
Employees of RDH Temps earn paid time off!
We do not require you to carry your own professional liability policy if you are a dental hygienist, a dental assistant or dental administrative personnel. We cover you under our policy.
You will almost never get voice mail when you call our office! The RDH Temps, Inc. central office has multiple personnel coordinators staffing the phones from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Thursday and until 5:00 PM on Friday with callback service all weekend. You'll love getting to know our friendly staff. Most have been with RDH Temps for 10 years or more!
RDH Temps offers referral bonuses. You can earn up to $100 for every dental professional you refer.
If you are not registered with RDH Temps, you must first do so. To start the process, simply contact us and let us know you are interested in our temporary placement services. There is never a fee to become registered with RDH Temps!
Once we verify your eligibility, we will send an employment application along with standard employment forms. If you are interested in permanent placement as well, you will be asked to provide a resume. If you need help with your resume, we have some resume writing tips here.
If you have any of the documents on our A.C.E. list, you should also provide copies of those.
Part of standard employment documentation requires you provide proof of identity and proof that you are are legally eligible to work in the United States. RDH Temps participates in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services E-Verify program to confirm the Social Security Number of new hires. We must also provide you with information regarding your right to work. That notice may be found on our notices page.
Upon completion of your documentation, we will arrange an orientation at a convenient time where we will review everything you need to know to temp for RDH Temps.
Shortly after your orientation, once you are active in our system, you will be able to access the My Account section of the website. There, you can put yourself on the priority list, set your availability, review jobs that are available to you and take those you want, view your schedule and submit your time slip.
When we have a job that matches your skills, experience, and your criteria we will notify you by text, email and/or phone call. Most times the job will also be displayed in the Great Matches list in My Account. If you are interested in the job, take it from the website or call the office and we will fill you in on all of the pertinent details and the pay rate being offered for that job. You may then choose to accept or decline the work.
